Avira antivirus blocks PVDesign2013.exe signaling that the file contains the trojan horse ‘TR/Crypt.ZPACK.Gen [trojan].
This is a false positive.
How to solve?
Why does it occur?
We check out the software before publishing it. We installed BlueSol without problems using AVG, Avast and ZoneAlarm. We checked all sources of BlueSol with Avira and did not find the virus. We have done other tests and found the problem: we protect BlueSol with two anti-piracy products that shield the executable. If we apply the two products individually Avira detects no problems, if we apply them both together instead Avira erroneously detects the virus.
Then we submit the executable PVDesign2013.exe to the laboratories of Avira, so they can verify it. After checking the executable results CLEAN and after the next update of virus definitions will no longer be reported as a virus.
